1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SportsOnTV mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

SportsOnTV ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the Effective Date above when changes are made.

2. Description of Service

SportsOnTV is an informational application that aggregates and displays sports broadcast schedules, showing users which sports events are airing on television or streaming services. The App is intended solely as a convenience tool to help users discover where sports content is being broadcast.

Please note the following limitations of the Service:

  • Broadcast schedules are sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change without notice.
  • Last-minute schedule changes, blackouts, regional restrictions, and broadcasting rights issues may affect actual availability.
  • The App does not stream, host, or provide access to any sports content.
  • Channel availability depends on your television provider, location, and subscription plan, which are outside our control.

We make no guarantee that any event will be available to you as displayed in the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the App or its underlying systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by SportsOnTV and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All league names, team names, logos, broadcast channel names, and related marks displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners. SportsOnTV claims no ownership over any such third-party intellectual property, and their display within the App does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

6. No Affiliation

SportsOnTV is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, broadcaster, television network, or streaming service. All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced in the App belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Schedule information displayed in the App will be accurate, complete, or current.
  • Any specific sporting event will be broadcast as shown in the App.

You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for missed events or decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPORTSONTV AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may reference or link to third-party services, including television providers and streaming platforms. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

Schedule data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of data supplied by these providers.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
